Job Description:

1. Defines project plans, project charter including scope, budget and schedule, and executes tasks defined in the project plan to achieve project goals using standard project management methodologies and practices.
2. Continually assesses project needs and resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
3. Drives testing and acceptance of project results.
4. Leads and facilitates project meetings and presentations to Leadership.
5. Drives Teams toward decisions.
6. Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed

Requirement:

1. Related work experience, PMO experience preferred
2. Analytical mindset and strong use of data-driven decision making
3. Experience in Agile teams
4. Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to ProjectManager.com, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
5. Creativity, analytical thinking, and ability to use data insights to structure high impact partnerships and deals
6. Passion for Khaalisisi’s vision and ability to thrive in unstructured environment.

Job Description:

1. Examine new opportunities in current and potential markets
2. Client and Account Management: Formulate and negotiate SLAs during contract drafting, achieve revenue targets
3. Design and monitor KPIs
4. Prepare a comprehensive budget that delivers the greatest value to the business
5. Organize recruitment, training, and appraisal of team members
6. Leverage market data to drive company growth
7. Work with other managers to create long term company strategy
8. Solve customer needs and concerns through product innovations

Build and implement KPIs, metrics and processes that result in a healthy conversion of leads to current customers.

Requirement:

1. MBA (preferred)

Role

• Identify Market Opportunities
• Lead generation through online research
• Participate in ongoing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data maintenance and help develop processes database management
• Create reports and dashboards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• All backgrounds are accepted while business, marketing, computer science and technical roles are preferred
• Tech savvy and solution oriented
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Wordpress Knowledge of online databases including Angellist and F6S.com is a plus
• Experience around data crawlers and extractors is a major plus
